About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will work on-site to gain experience in insurance operations while contributing to projects that impact business results. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
What you'll do#
- Transform data into insights through reporting, analytics, and dashboards to help leaders improve efficiency.
- Gain a practical understanding of insurance industry roles and AXA XL business operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and deliver a final presentation to Senior Leadership.
- Connect with technical specialists and leaders through company events and daily collaboration.
- Engage in problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking within your project work.
