About the role#
The Accelerate internship program offers a 10-week experience designed to help you explore different areas of our business. You will work within the Americas FP&A team, participate in professional development workshops, and network with senior leadership. You will also visit field operations to understand how your work influences our daily business.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliation, and analysis.
- Create monthly forecasts and business plans for revenue and expense accounts.
- Help prepare and automate various management reports.
- Support month and quarter close processes.
- Review monthly income statements to reconcile forecasts to actual results.
- Develop a project that provides value and insights to the organization, which you will present to business leaders at the end of the internship.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment at a college or university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey (World HQ).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
