About the role#
We are looking for a Student Food Service Worker to join our team at Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site, paid position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold foods while monitoring temperature requirements and food spoilage.
- Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
- Interact with guests in the dining and retail areas using proper service procedures.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to regulatory rules.
- Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a steady pace.
What you'll need#
- A strong work ethic.
- Professional communication skills when working with team members, supervisors, and guests.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
