About the role#
The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking an intern to support the Switchblade product line. You will gain hands-on experience in program management, business productivity tools, and cross-functional communication. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid summer internship focused on process improvement, data management, and program controls.
What you'll do#
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste using lean or six sigma principles.
- Document and implement standardized PMO processes, best practices, and training materials.
- Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and work instructions.
- Manage a standard data structure in SharePoint for non-technical program documents.
- Assist in developing dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility across program management tools.
- Document actions during Program Management Reviews and track accountability for item closure.
- Maintain risk registers and monitor risk status for timely response implementation.
- Coordinate training events, onboarding activities, and orientation materials for PMO staff.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a concentration in business, operations, supply chain, economics, marketing, or a similar field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 0-1 year of working experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent resident status, or asylee/refugee status.

- Travel: Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required.
