About the role#
Auld & White Constructors is hiring Project Management Interns to work in our Jacksonville office. You will work alongside our construction professionals to gain experience with the daily tasks of project management. This role involves contributing to commercial projects throughout Northeast Florida.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project startup tasks like updating master schedules and purchase control logs.
- Review project submittals, shop drawings, and product data.
- Prepare and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Help prepare Change Order Proposals for changes in project scope.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch list inspections and warranty follow-up.
- Provide documentation and information to field personnel to support project activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Building Construction Management or a related field.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- A strong interest in a career in commercial construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
