About the role#
As a Staffing Intern, you will work directly with our founders to build our team. You will handle real hiring responsibilities, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process. This role is for someone who wants to learn how recruiting works inside a growing AI startup.
What you'll do#
- Find and identify candidates for engineering, sales, and marketing roles.
- Review applications and résumés to build shortlists.
- Contact candidates via email and other channels.
- Screen candidates and evaluate their fit for our team.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and our team members.
- Keep our recruiting pipeline organized and current.
- Follow up with candidates throughout their interview process.
- Research new recruiting strategies and sourcing communities.
- Improve our job descriptions and outreach messages.
- Assist the founders with daily hiring priorities.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort reaching out to and speaking with potential candidates.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks without constant direction.
- Genuine interest in recruiting, AI, and startups.
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or sourcing is helpful but not required.
Location & details#
- This is a paid internship offering $1,000 to $2,000 per month.
- The role is fully remote within the United States.
- We are looking for seniors or those with higher education levels.
- This is a full-time position with a rolling start date.
