About the role#
This internship supports the Learning and Engagement team in advancing partnerships with local and regional schools. You will gain hands-on experience in educational programming, arts integration, and museum-school collaborations. You will also lead a special project that aligns with your individual strengths and career goals.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and execute programs and events, including arts integration initiatives, teacher workshops, and community art events.
- Support communication efforts with school partners, including principals, teachers, and district administrators.
- Develop and curate educational resources and materials for schools.
- Participate in the planning and facilitation of meetings and training sessions for educators.
- Conduct research and compile reports on best practices in arts education and school-community partnerships.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintaining contact lists, and scheduling.
- Assist in the evaluation and reporting of partnership outcomes, including gathering feedback from participants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Crystal Bridges.
- Develop and implement a special project informed by your academic focus.
What you'll need#
- Current college student (junior or above), recent graduate, or graduate student.
- Experience or interest in research, data analysis, statistics, or mathematics.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Location & details#
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (On-site).
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 25, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
- Employment: Part-time, paid internship.
- Schedule: Weekly hours vary by academic level (up to 15 hours for high school, 20 for undergraduate, and 25 for graduate students).
