About the role#
This is a temporary, full-time internship position for the Summer of 2027. You will work on-site in Little Rock, Arkansas, supporting the Network Operations department.
What you'll do#
- Provide operational support for computer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and IP phones.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic reports.
- Develop network monitoring solutions, such as email alerts and dashboards.
- Assist fiber operations field technicians with the deployment and troubleshooting of fiber connectivity to company assets.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma.
- Current enrollment in a college degree program related to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle stress and work well with others.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and work outside of scheduled office hours when necessary.
