This is a full-time, paid student worker position for the Summer 2026 term at Loyola Marymount University. This role is strictly on-site in Los Angeles, California.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Support faculty and staff with operational needs.
- Maintain and organize departmental files and documents.
- Provide customer service to students and campus visitors.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Political Science.
- Prior experience in academic support or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
