- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide operational assistance to staff and faculty members.
- Help with the planning and execution of events.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at West Chester University.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior customer service experience.
