Student Worker - Food Service or Catering

About the role#

This is a paid, on-site student worker position for Summer 2026. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Nursing. The position involves physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Employees may be required to wear uniforms or personal protective equipment.

What you'll do#

• Prepare and build food items following standardized recipes.
• Store food properly according to established safety standards.
• Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations including prep tables, service counters, and hot wells.
• Serve food to customers while anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Replenish food items and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and ensure the security of company assets.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated guest service skills.
• Ability to obtain or possess a food safety certification.
• Previous food service experience is preferred.
