This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 located in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is on-site and open to current students at the University of Nebraska pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nutrition, Chemistry, or Biology.
What you'll do#
- Supervise daily culinary operations.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at the University of Nebraska.
- Experience in a culinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
