This is a full-time, paid Summer 2026 internship based on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality management by supporting daily catering operations and event execution.
What you'll do#
- Oversee daily catering operations to ensure smooth service.
- Coordinate catering events and prioritize client satisfaction.
- Train and supervise catering staff members.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation tasks.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to lead and supervise catering staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
