About the role#
As a Linux Software Development Intern, you will work with our engineering team to improve our software delivery environment. You will help enhance Linux-based pipelines, contribute to AI-driven engineering initiatives, and support security projects that improve product quality. You will gain hands-on exposure to DevOps, AI engineering, and cybersecurity practices by collaborating with experienced engineers.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and maturation of software delivery pipelines for Linux-based products.
- Assist in the adoption of AI engineering practices within our infrastructure and tooling.
- Contribute to projects focused on Linux and Elixir development environments.
- Help identify, track, and support the remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Assist in improving security tooling to strengthen our product posture.
- Collaborate with engineers on software development and DevOps tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- A basic understanding of Linux operating systems and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with programming fundamentals and software engineering best practices.
- Interest in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development, or cybersecurity.
- Exposure to Linux development environments through personal work or academic projects.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Elixir.
- An understanding of security concepts, vulnerability management, or software quality practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Git, automation tools, or cloud-based development environments is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is remote.
