About the role#
The Global Supply Chain department is hiring interns for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. You will work alongside Supplier Account Managers and Procurement Managers to support supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and factory material delivery. This role is based on-site in Santa Clara, California.
What you'll do#
- Complete supplier request for quotations (RFQs).
- Prepare supplier profiles for management presentations.
- Create, re-schedule, and cancel purchase orders based on MRP requirements.
- Perform part analytics to ensure accurate assignment to commodity families.
- Negotiate with suppliers to mitigate excess inventory and purchase orders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program for Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong data analytics skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with multiple data sets.
- Valid work authorization for the duration of the internship, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
