About the role#
This is a full-time internship position for Summer 2026. You will join the team in Santa Clara to focus on the intersection of physics and artificial intelligence within semiconductor manufacturing. This role involves developing and implementing advanced modeling techniques.
What you'll do#
- Define and establish Physics-AI workflows.
- Execute complex simulations.
- Develop and apply algorithms for physics-AI modeling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Masters or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with Multiphysics modeling and physics-AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Travel: Up to 20 percent of the time.
