About the role#
Apogee Global RMS is looking for a Digital Marketing and Talent Relations Intern. This role focuses on supporting our digital presence and keeping talent data accurate. You will work on content coordination and operational tasks to help our advisory team grow.
What you'll do#
- Monitor industry leaders and talent profiles to find insights.
- Curate and repost content to help our brand visibility.
- Apply Apogee branding to executive and speaker reels.
- Keep internal tracking files and talent records up to date.
- Update bios, headshots, and video links.
What you'll need#
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic skills in video packaging and editing.
- Excellent written communication for short-form content and captions.
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- We are based in San Jose, California.
- The internship is unpaid.
- We require a commitment of 20 hours per week for 12 to 16 weeks.
