About the role#
Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring Student Co-Ops for 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Wausau, Wisconsin or Monett, Missouri. You will participate in an eight to nine-month program, with terms available during the winter, summer, and fall of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on a structured, project-based program to build your technical skills and business knowledge.
- Receive regular coaching and feedback from your mentors and supervisors.
- Take on leadership opportunities through presentations and group activities.
- Connect with the leadership team through company events.
- Collaborate with other interns on projects, social activities, and community events.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled as a student.
- You have an interest in operations excellence, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain management.
- Preferred majors include Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
