About the role#
Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Wausau, Wisconsin, or Monett, Missouri. The program runs from May through August with a 12-week minimum commitment. We are seeking students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.

- Complete hands-on projects focused on skill growth and business knowledge.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Engage in regular coaching and feedback meetings with mentors and supervisors.
- Take part in leadership activities and presentations.
- Connect with the leadership team through various events.
- Partner with other interns on projects, community events, and social activities.
