About the role#
This application is for individuals currently enrolled in or accepted to a Bachelor of Education program who are seeking a Local Teaching Permit for the 2026-2027 school year. This process is intended for new applicants and is not for those looking to renew an existing permit.
What you'll do#
To complete your application, you must submit the following mandatory documentation:
- A current resume.
- Three references, including at least one supervisory reference. Please provide names and contact information only, as reference letters are not accepted.
- All post-secondary education transcripts, including proof of admission to or current enrollment in a Bachelor of Education program.
- Results from Oral Language Proficiency Testing for French as a Second Language.
- A Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check, dated within the last 6 months.
