    About the role#

    As a Technical Program Management Co-op, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our engineering teams, defining the technical path for success and ensuring our solutions meet mission requirements. This role requires you to be an active owner who can navigate complex technical landscapes and drive projects forward in an environment that values performance and accountability.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead projects by identifying engineering needs and validating outcomes with customers.
    • Work side-by-side with customers to understand their specific mission challenges.
    • Represent the customer perspective while working with Anduril engineers to build solutions or pivot development.
    • Collaborate across internal teams, including product, logistics, finance, legal, and contracting.
    • Develop and communicate execution plans, sprint plans, and project milestones.
    • Meet commercial targets by establishing trust-based partnerships and identifying future opportunities for technology application.
    • Articulate Anduril’s value proposition to both end users and executive stakeholders.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Intent to return to school following the internship to continue academic studies.
    • U.S. Person status, as this role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
    • Ability to complete a 16 to 24-week in-person internship during winter 2027.
    • Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
    • Capability to organize and simplify complex problems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understanding of space systems engineering, requirements verification, and validation is preferred.
    • Experience with the deployment of hardware and software systems for national security is a plus.
    • Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance if required by the program.

    • This internship is based on-site in Washington, District of Columbia.
    • The term is Winter 2027.
    • This is a full-time, paid position.
