About the role#
As a paid intern at the Anderson Center for Autism, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with autism. This role offers exposure to several departments, allowing you to develop new skills and explore potential career paths. Interns receive New York State minimum wage for their work.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct support in our adult and children's programs.
- Assist with day habilitation activities.
- Serve as a teacher's aide in our Education Center.
- Support daily operations within the accounting and finance department.
