About the role#
This Federal Work Study position supports daily operations at our Weslaco location. You will balance your academic coursework with professional responsibilities while following organizational policies. We look for individuals who maintain high integrity and represent the team well.
What you'll do#
You will handle a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Answering telephone calls
- Assisting students with their needs
- Managing filing and general administrative duties
- Helping with the inventory of uniforms, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Providing support in the Learning Resource Center
- Completing other tasks as assigned by management
What you'll need#
To qualify for this role, you must meet specific federal and personal requirements:
- Eligibility for Federal Title IV Aid
- Demonstrated financial need
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Clear, honest, and respectful communication skills, both in writing and in person
