Anchor Home is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support organizational projects and daily operations during the Summer 2026 term. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination and operations while working directly with leadership and administrative teams.
What you'll do#
- Update and organize the corporate Asana board.
- Support leadership with strategic planning and operational projects.
- Help move projects forward to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on website updates and digital projects.
- Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
- Track project progress, coordinate workflows, and support cross-team communication.
- Assist with startup and organizational initiatives and provide administrative support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management systems is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Timonium, Maryland (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule.
- Compensation: Paid at $17 per hour.
