About the role#
As an Information Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting technology solutions that drive business operations and organizational efficiency. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals to contribute to software development, systems support, automation, and infrastructure initiatives. This role allows you to develop practical skills in digital transformation while solving technical problems.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, automation solutions, and IT systems.
- Support the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of technical issues across applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support technology projects.
- Contribute to system implementation, configuration, and documentation activities.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and system specifications.
- Support ongoing operational activities and adapt to changing business and technology needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of software development, information systems, or computer engineering principles.
- Knowledge of programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Exposure to operating systems, networking, databases, or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Experience through coursework, projects, research, or previous internships involving software development, automation, databases, systems administration, or cloud technologies.

- Compensation: Paid position with an expected wage range of $22 to $41 per hour, depending on location, experience, and education.
