About the role#
The Business Analyst Internship is a six-month, full-time position based in Colorado Springs. This role supports the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). You will assist business and operations units with financial reporting, contract administration, and project compliance.
What you'll do#
- Support financial reviews, time reporting, invoicing, and auditing activities.
- Assist with General Ledger Reconciliation and process Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and GSA invoicing.
- Support the development and processing of request for proposals (RFPs) for contracts and subcontracts.
- Administer teaming agreements and various contract and subcontract instruments.
- Review project correspondence to ensure client rights are protected and consistent with contract terms.
- Support process improvements and special projects while maintaining document files for internal and external audits.
What you'll need#
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be in your final year of obtaining a degree or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a Computer Science-related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs.
