Quality Assurance Analyst - Co-op/Internship

About the role#

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight. This co-op/internship role reports to the Project Controls Manager and includes the opportunity to participate in the AMEND Analyst Program, a semester-long development curriculum designed to build a holistic understanding of business.

What you'll do#

• Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards, including project health pulses and quality system preparation.
• Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes.
• Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
• Manage and oversee the operational SharePoint site by gathering, organizing, and tracking document artifacts.
• Perform data cleanup in project management systems and audit projects to verify billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and clean historical data to support business intelligence reporting.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Basic familiarity with or a willingness to learn operational business systems such as Kantata and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
