About the role#
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support the delivery team through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight. This co-op or internship position reports to the Project Controls Manager and includes participation in the Analyst Program, a semester-long development curriculum designed to build a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
What you'll do#
- Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards, including project health tracking.
- Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes.
- Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
- Manage and oversee the operational SharePoint site by gathering, organizing, and tracking document artifacts.
- Perform data cleanup in project management systems to ensure billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy.
- Collect and analyze historical data to support business intelligence reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Basic familiarity or a willingness to learn operational business systems such as Kantata and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Capability to build professional relationships and collaborate with team members.
