About the role#
This is a 16-week, full-time rotational internship program for students and early professionals. You will work directly with Partners, Project Leaders, and business executives to deliver solutions for clients. This is a client-facing role that involves solving real problems and engaging with business strategy. You will participate in weekly trainings, develop an individualized development plan, and receive mentorship from experts in operations, analytics, and technology.
What you'll do#
- Gather and define user requirements for tools and solutions.
- Analyze processes to identify gaps and assess system capabilities.
- Facilitate and gather feedback from client teams.
- Analyze capacity through time studies and perform root cause analysis.
- Interpret financial statements and perform financial modeling and forecasting.
- Analyze supply chain and pricing strategies.
- Load, clean, and manipulate data to develop visualizations for client decision making.
- Apply statistical results to business settings and develop PowerPoint presentations for report outs.
What you'll need#

- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Science, or Computer Science.
