About the role#
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to join our Calgary office for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will gain practical experience in plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection design while working directly with our engineers and designers.
What you'll do#
- Perform system design calculations and equipment selections.
- Prepare mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Build computer simulation models for projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other design professionals.
- Attend project meetings, in-house training sessions, and on-site field reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or a technical diploma in Building Design.
- Experience with AutoCAD or REVIT MEP is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
