About the role#
This internship position involves working with the digital solutions engineering team to configure and analyze data from hardware and software components. You will act as a second line of technical support for data analysis and help optimize fleet maintenance regimes through data-driven insights.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring tools to track fleet health, reliability, and availability.
- Learn to use Alstom digital solutions for predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and remote telematics sensors.
- Program alerts, rules, and data mining algorithms using internal tools like Healthub and Orbiflo.
- Support the engineering team with data configuration and analysis tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor program for engineering (railway, electrical, or software preferred) or data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or VBA.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation.

- This role is based in Saint-Bruno, Quebec, Canada.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
