About the role#
We are looking for a Configuration and Change Management Intern to join our team in Saint-Bruno for a 4-month internship during the Winter 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support technical change tracking, configuration management, and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support configuration management activities and track technical changes.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and reviews related to change management.
- Help improve the tools and processes used by the team.
- Prepare training materials and support training activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to share information and ensure effective activity tracking.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with various stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Initiative and a willingness to take on responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and exercise sound judgment.
- Interest in configuration management, change management, or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
