About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing cost-effective manufacturing processes. You will work on technical tasks within established practices, with supervision available to guide your projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing manufacturing systems, focusing on continuous improvement for production equipment quality and throughput.
- Help design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Study product requirements to research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technological field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for working effectively with others.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

- This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- This is an on-site, paid internship for Summer 2027.
