About the role#
The Field Communications Intern will join the Sales Enablement and Operations Department for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. You will support internal communications for sales and service representatives, manage marketing and training content, and track the effectiveness of communication methods. This full-time role provides hands-on experience in internal communications and sales support.
What you'll do#
- Create and publish the weekly eNewsletter for the Field.
- Write educational articles and collaborate with marketing and product managers to refine content.
- Develop educational materials for the sales enablement platform.
- Maintain consistency across the sales enablement platform by reviewing links, pages, document naming, and brand standards.
- Update tracking spreadsheets to manage document reviews.
- Track readership metrics for the weekly eNewsletter.
- Assist with additional communication projects and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- A major in Communications or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to respect confidential information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn internal systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a production environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Experience with email marketing and content management is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- The internship runs from May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.
- The hourly pay range is $16 to $22.
