About the role#
Aldridge Electric is hiring a Project Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in California. You will support our project management team with operational and administrative tasks related to planning, execution, and project closure.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with the project team on daily assignments.
- Promote jobsite safety and work with the Safety Department to address issues.
- Support the corporate quality program by tracking administrative components, task lists, and pre-job planning.
- Assist with project execution, including procuring tools and ordering materials.
- Document project costs and communicate with customers and subcontractors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in a college or university.
- Majors in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people across the organization.
- A genuine interest in the construction industry.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
- This is a paid internship. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
