    About the role#

    This 10-week internship program is designed for students to contribute directly to trading decisions and performance. You will work alongside researchers, traders, and system engineers to build and refine the tools that power our trading operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and develop production code for trading strategies, including pricing models, execution logic, and performance optimization.
    • Analyze and incorporate market signals into existing trading systems.
    • Advance the current codebase by proposing and implementing new technical solutions and improvements.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science.
    • Must be graduating by August 2027.
    • Strong background in Python programming and experience with object-oriented programming.
    • Exposure to linear algebra and introductory statistics.
    • A GPA of 3.5 or above.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required on the first day of employment.

    • Compensation: Minimum annualized base salary of $130,000.
