About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship program running for 10 to 12 weeks between June and August 2027. You will gain exposure to the financial services industry with a focus on credit and lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. Each intern works with a designated coach to navigate the program.

- Complete an individual research project.
- Follow a formal learning guide to explore various business areas and positions.
- Gain insights into career paths within the agricultural financial services sector.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, ag economics, ag business, or a related field.
- You have completed coursework in areas such as ag business, finance, accounting, economics, farm and ranch management, business management, or marketing.
- You possess strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include Safford, Tempe, and Yuma, AZ; Dinuba, Hanford, Imperial, Paso Robles, and Tulare, CA; Idaho Falls, Nampa, and Twin Falls, ID; Bozeman and Great Falls, MT; Junction City, Ontario, Pendleton, and Salem, OR; and Burlington, Moses Lake, Pasco, Seattle, and Spokane, WA.
- Compensation is $22.00 per hour, with an additional housing stipend available if you need to secure temporary housing for the internship.
