Engineering Intern, Pipeline Observability and Lineage

About the role#

This 12-week internship program provides an opportunity to work within our engineering team on pipeline observability and lineage. You will participate in structured learning, connect with company leadership, and complete a focused capstone project to be presented at an internal showcase. The program includes an onsite orientation in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features using Java and modern development practices.
• Use AI-based tools, such as Claude, to assist in code generation and improve development efficiency.
• Develop a new receiver for various data pipelines as a capstone project using AI-assisted coding plugins.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college degree program, specifically pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with full-stack development or cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is considered a plus.

• Term: Summer 2026 (12 weeks, beginning June 8th).
• Modality: Remote, with travel required for onsite orientation.
• Status: Paid, full-time internship.
