About the role#
This 12-week internship focuses on the practical application of AI to improve productivity, consistency, and scalability within Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Support teams. You will identify manual, high-frequency workflows and develop usable prompts, templates, and lightweight automations to increase efficiency. The role centers on a capstone project where you will design an AI Productivity and Scale framework, culminating in a presentation of your findings and reusable assets at an internship showcase.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for AI enablement.
- Analyze repeatable, manual tasks and recommend ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality through AI-assisted workflows.
- Design, test, and refine prompts, templates, and lightweight automations for use cases such as customer summaries, follow-up communications, account preparation, and internal handoffs.
- Document and operationalize best practices for AI usage, including prompt structure, workflow guidance, and team enablement.
- Lead a capstone project focused on AI Productivity and Scale, resulting in a final set of recommendations, prototypes, and reusable assets.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interest in AI productivity, workflow design, and applying technology to improve team operations.
- Ability to identify patterns, simplify complex workflows, and translate ideas into practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to help others adopt new tools and processes.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2026 (12 weeks, beginning June 8th).
- Modality: Remote, with an onsite orientation in Austin, Texas.
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
