About the role#
The US Academy is a three-day immersive experience for university students interested in infrastructure, engineering, construction, and sustainability. You will gain a firsthand look at how we deliver complex projects while developing your professional skills. The program introduces you to our culture, values, and global operations through direct access to company leaders, project professionals, and recent graduates.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Active student status at the time of application and throughout the internship period.
- Expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer internship program.
