About the role#
Accertify is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to help manage our brand presence across digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will develop content, analyze performance, and support employer branding initiatives. You will work from an established content calendar and track performance against defined goals. This position offers the chance to build a marketing portfolio and gain experience with emerging AI tools.
What you'll do#
- Create, schedule, and publish content for LinkedIn.
- Improve and maintain our YouTube presence.
- Monitor social media activity and track engagement trends.
- Generate regular reports on channel performance against KPIs.
- Manage the content calendar and track projects using Asana.
- Design graphics, videos, and promotional materials to support HR recruitment and employer branding.
- Research emerging AI and marketing tools to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of the next intern.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a marketing, communications, or related program.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in digital content creation using tools like Adobe Express.
- Experience with project management software or social media management platforms is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour.
- The role is hybrid based in Itasca, Illinois, with remote options considered.
- The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
