About the role#
Capix is looking for a Social Media & Growth Intern to join the team. You will help us reach finance professionals by managing our social presence, running growth experiments, and building our community. This is a paid, full-time internship open to students who are currently sophomores or above.
What you'll do#
- Draft copy and design assets for social media posts.
- Manage our social media accounts and monitor performance metrics.
- Engage with our community in comments, DMs, and on Discord or Slack.
- Amplify our advocates and answer user questions.
- Send product feedback from the community back to the team.
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities.
- Write long-form blogs and present your experiment results.
What you'll need#
- A creator-operator mindset and the ability to iterate on projects in hours.
- Analytical skills to track metrics like CTR, CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Proficiency with Sheets, GA4, or SQL.
- Design skills using Figma or Canva to create your own assets.
- Experience in community building.
- An owner mentality and a coachable attitude.
- Clear communication skills.
- Preference is given to candidates with an interest in AI and finance, or prior experience in finance or startups.

- This role is available on-site in New York, New York, or remotely within the United States.
- The internship term is rolling.
