About the role#
The Leadership Development Program at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a structured initiative designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles within the company. This program provides exposure to senior leaders through a combination of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and mentorship. It is an entrepreneurial environment where you will take on responsibility for specific areas of the business.
What you'll do#
Depending on your placement, you will contribute to core business functions:
- Manage the strategy for product lines to maximize financial success.
- Analyze sales data and identify growth strategies for the business.
- Forecast future product performance and establish strategies across sales channels.
- Create technology solutions to solve business problems.
- Synchronize supply and demand while measuring global business performance.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree or junior status working towards a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Ability to thrive in team-based settings.
- Ability to adapt and work in a structured environment.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science.
