About the role#
ABC Education Group seeks a pair of adults to serve as live-in House Parents in Saddle River, New Jersey. You will manage a home for high school student-athletes attending Saddle River Day School. This role focuses on creating a structured, supportive environment for students as they manage their academic and athletic schedules.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily care and supervision for the student-athletes.
- Prepare and serve three daily meals, including packed lunches.
- Drive students to and from school and athletic activities.
- Keep the home clean, organized, and positive.
- Act as responsible adult guardians and provide emotional support.
- Help students balance their schoolwork and training routines.
- Encourage teamwork, personal growth, and respectful behavior.
- Follow all household safety standards and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Two adults must apply and serve as a team.
- Applicants must be at least 25 years old.
- Availability for the full term from September 2026 through June 2027.
- Ability to pass a background check and interview process.
- Experience or comfort maintaining a structured home routine with clear boundaries.
- A responsible, patient, and organized approach to daily tasks.
- Willingness to follow all company safety guidelines and policies.

- Location: Saddle River, New Jersey.
- Term: September 2026 through June 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site, live-in position.
- Compensation: Monthly stipend, covered rent and utilities, and a food budget.
