About the role#
The ABA Squad Student Analyst program supports graduate students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. You will gain hands-on clinical experience under BCBA supervision. This role allows you to earn unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification while working directly with clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Administer skill assessments including VB-MAPP and ABLLS.
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement skill acquisition programs.
- Participate in supervision and parent training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABA graduate program is required.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented and dependable approach.
- An interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
