About the role#
The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program offers graduate students a path to build clinical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs to gain hands-on experience and earn unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification. This role involves direct client contact in clinic, home, and school settings.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and administer assessments like VB-MAPP and ABLLS.
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and implement skill acquisition programs.
- Take part in supervision sessions and parent training.
- Receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
- Gain clinical experience while working directly with clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABA graduate program.
- A strong interest in applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
