About the role#
As a Business Analytics Intern, you will join our consulting team to help clients across healthcare, financial services, and retail sectors. You will work on both client engagements and internal projects, focusing on data-driven solutions and strategic insights. This internship runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic recommendations.
- Build dashboards and visualizations within BI platforms to help clients make informed decisions.
- Support the development of business cases, financial models, and actionable insights.
- Work with healthcare clients to analyze data and develop efficient solutions.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Analysts, Consultants, and Managers to solve business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student entering your third year of a 4-year program or fourth year of a 5-year program.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Solid foundation in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of open-source Data Science applications such as R and Python.
- Ability to approach problem-solving with logical and analytical thinking.
- Major in Business Administration or a related field.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- The pay rate is $33 per hour.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- You must be able to work in the office daily during the internship dates.
