About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering Co-Op to join our team for a three-semester rotational program. This experience offers exposure to tire engineering, product development, manufacturing, and testing. You will work across disciplines such as Advanced Engineering, Tire Development, Mold Design, and Tire Testing. This program helps you build a technical foundation while applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.
What you'll do#
- Apply engineering principles to product and process development projects.
- Support teams with analysis, design, testing, and documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering data.
- Create technical reports, presentations, and drawings.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional activities.
- Follow established engineering, laboratory, and testing procedures to ensure safety.
- Communicate technical information to engineers and other stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned projects while working independently or as part of a team.
- Learn and use engineering tools, software, and processes relevant to your current rotation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Materials, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ideally entering the second year of your undergraduate program.
- Ability to commit to a three-semester Co-Op rotation.
- Strong interest in engineering, product development, or the automotive industry.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with engineering software, CAD, data analysis, or laboratory environments is a plus.
