About the role#
Yellowstone Club is seeking interns for our Culinary and Pastry teams for the Winter 2027 season. This on-site role provides exposure to our diverse kitchens, allowing you to learn new techniques and work with various ingredients alongside our professional culinary staff.
What you'll do#
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food items.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients for recipes.
- Cook food following established recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists.
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly environment.
- Maintain solid product knowledge and display professionalism at all times.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle all interactions in a legal and ethical manner.
- Apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a culinary or pastry education program.
- Formal cook training.
- ServSafe certification.
- A helpful, positive attitude and a respectful approach toward all staff.
- A clean and presentable appearance.
