About the role#
Yates Construction offers a 12-week summer internship program for students and recent graduates. This role provides hands-on experience by allowing you to rotate through multiple departments. What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related construction field.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel or relocate for the summer.
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A willingness to take detailed notes, seek mentorship, and accept feedback.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
