About the role#
WNC Corporation is hiring for the Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Irvine, California. The role is on-site and follows a rolling term schedule.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate wireless network performance including LTE and 5G NR through active field testing and validation.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback to support system integration.
- Work with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize network performance.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- You have knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
- You have hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
- You possess strong communication and customer-facing skills.
